Worst place to stay in Nottingham Positive: Nothing Negative: Broken bed, holes in ceiling and kitchen units, everything covered in dust, toilet spattered and just had some blue cleaner dumped on it, walls made of paper so you could hear absolutely everything, blinds that didn't cover the whole window so let in all the street light. I have photos of the state of it, have emailed them to the owners. They were very keen to keep messaging me for more money for longer stays or late checkouts whilst we were in separate contact over the state of the accommodation. They have been conspicuously quiet since I told them to stop the selling messages and actually deal with my refund I requested as I could not stay here. If I had more time on arrival and seen the broken bed I would not have even stayed the night, was booked for 4 but first thing in the morning I informed them of the state of the accommodation and left. Booked in a hotel nearby, which was a cost I did not want to pay. No one should stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I will attach some photos. It would be nice if the company stop ghosting me and sorted my refund.

I wish I'd never heard of this place, please please don't waste your money. Positive: The location was good. Negative: There were no staff just given a phone number and you were very lucky to get in touch with anyone. There was extensive damage in the room. TV didn't work. There was no free Wi-Fi. One of the sinks was blocked. Radiator hanging off wall. Holes in ceiling with wires protruding. Worktops were chipped, scratched and stained. there were dirty marks on the walls. Bedding was dirty and holy. Fridge was filthy. Crumbs and bits all over the floors. Kickboard broken off one of the kitchen units. The list goes on. The place should be condemned, it's dangerous.

Could’ve been really good, evening/night customer service let me down. Positive: Very central. A neat little studio. Good shower and kitchen equipment. Good wifi. Day customer contact apologised for issues I identified and said he would waive my cleaning because of the issues I had experienced. I don’t know if this has been actioned yet. Negative: This could have been a great stay, but evening staff un co-operative re. accessing property due to a technical issue their end re. security deposit. I told them I was a lone female, provide photographic evidence of payment and yet had to wait 30 mins after arrival late at night before I got access code. The access code was inaccurate and I had to guess an extra zero in the code before I got in the door. When I arrived I found the room was spotlessly clean. However, there were no pillowcases on the pillows and no toilet paper in the loo. I washed my hair on morning of day 1 stay, but discovered there was no hairdryer, although it was clear in the description that a hairdryer is supplied. I messaged early in the morning to request loo paper and a hairdryer to be supplied while I was at work. I was told by night staff there was no hairdryer available and to leave key for pillowcases and loo roll to be supplied, but I had already left for work. I wasn’t happy at the response of the evening/early morning contact who didn’t seem to care. Throughout the night there were parties of young people coming out of clubs who were excessively noisy - not just walking home from pub, but shouting crashing about screaming and generally very loud. I thought it would peter out by 1 or 2 am, but it continued intermittently until 5 am. I know Nottingham is lively, but never been disturbed so extensively through the night. Take ear plugs!
