Negative: Sink in bathroom was broken, walls and skirting boards dirty with hand prints and what looked like blood, and a bug squashed above the front door.

Gross.
Positive: Nothing.
Negative: Everything. The bed was stained, the walls had dirt, sweat and sex marks. The toilet roll was used. There was hair everywhere. It smelt like fish throughout the corridor and entryway to the room itself.
