Gross.
Positive: Nothing.
Negative: Everything. The bed was stained, the walls had dirt, sweat and sex marks. The toilet roll was used. There was hair everywhere. It smelt like fish throughout the corridor and entryway to the room itself.

I was there for 3 hours, no one came to fix the heating - it was freezing cold and snow was forecast. We had to have the

Arrived to find the heating was broken. The bedding was dirty and holey, the tv didn’t work, the cups were chipped and there were no forks
