‚Customer service’ nonexistent, dirty place, broken tv and forget about having someone come fix any issues you may have
Positive: Great location, near city centre and many shops.
Negative: When we arrived the adequate amenities weren’t provided- one fork and towel between two people, even after requesting spares multiple times we were never contacted or given what we needed. The TV remote is broken, we bought new batteries for it and it still didn’t work- this also wasn’t resolved after multiple attempts to contact property owners. There was zero customer service other than the AI lady who kept telling me I would hear from someone about my issues(which clearly never happened) and at some point we just gave up. Door got stuck at one point and we needed help from other residents to get in, because obviously no staff would’ve helped- not to mention the number they provide to call if you have any issues does not work and calls won’t go through to it. Dishes were all dirty when we arrived and I highly doubt the room had been cleaned prior to our stay. No hairdryer, washer or freezer made for a difficult stay. You get what you pay for but I’d recommend going anywhere else.

Cheap and affordable, okay for a weekend stay but needs a new mattress asap
Positive: Cheap and the room was exactly as pictured, very small studio, nice shower and helpful staff with detailed instructions. Towels and toiletries were also provided. The room itself was perfectly clean and warm.
Negative: The mattress was terrible, could not move without springs popping in every direction. The hallway of the building was dirty and the stairs had a strong smell of urine that was rather off putting. The location is nice and central however the street itself is a little sketchy at night and I wouldn’t feel too comfortable as a solo female traveler so something to bear in mind.

A clean well-located stay with a great shower; unfortunately let down by an uncomfortable mattress
Positive: The property itself was very clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent and made everything very convenient. The shower was also a highlight; lovely and hot, with great water pressure.
Negative: The property itself was very clean, which was a real positive and much appreciated. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable ; it felt like the springs were gone on both sides, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
It was also a shame that the hallway had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and there was a bin bag left there for the duration of our two-night stay.
I felt comfortable during the stay as I was with a friend, but I don’t think I would have felt as comfortable staying there on my own.

Nice Little Apartment. With A Few Tweaks It Could Be Great!
Positive: The studio apartment is a nice size. The decor is neutral and tasteful. The shower was great. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for a small studio kitchen and I really appreciated the provision of washing up sponges, liquid, plus tea coffee and milk. The location is great, very close to the station and city centre. I could have stayed longer and could see myself staying again.
Negative: This is actually a nice little flat but there are just a few things that would make it great. Firstly, the mattress isn't great. The springs gave no support, vibrating and pinging terribly whenever I moved. Upgrading this to a decent Hypnos mattress (a brand that is a good selling point when marketing hotel rooms) would have made the world of difference. I did sleep but it wasn't the best. Secondly, checking in was tricky. Other hotels or apartments tend to confirm within 5 mins after booking and send any links required to check in online. This took a long time to come through. I tried calling the number but got no answer. When I did get a link to check in, it didn't work. Fortunately, I was able to communicate with them via booking.com messaging and this was all resolved fairly easily. Streamlining the online check-in would really make the experience much better. Thirdly, some signage on the stairs and the hallways with arrows directing guests to the right apartments would be helpful. I appreciate you gave good directions but adding the signage would make it easier. Lastly, it would be great to have some TV channels on the TV. Personally, I don't like putting my netflix account on a hotel TV as I'm likely going to forget to delete it.
