Good sized room, comfy bed, awful customer service and smell + no hot water in kitchen - wouldn’t return unless issues f Positive: Ideally, centrally, located. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Functioning smart TV. Good natural and artificial lighting. Good lock box facilities and instructions regarding the same. Good / powerful shower. Negative: Unacceptable communication. Both in terms of ability to get hold of anyone and in terms of rudeness / lack of customer service. Completely useless AI type phone feature that just loops around. When I did manage to speak to someone she was curt / rude and unapologetic when issues regarding lack of hot water were raised. Unacceptable smell caused by bin waste being stored inside the building - nauseating levels of odour which nearly made be vomit every time I had to walk through the communal areas. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Foul and unhygienic. No hot water via the kitchen sink available. I had to boil the kettle to wash up the dishes. No information provided regarding parking and no one answering calls when I called in advance to seek this option.

Gross. Positive: Nothing. Negative: Everything. The bed was stained, the walls had dirt, sweat and sex marks. The toilet roll was used. There was hair everywhere. It smelt like fish throughout the corridor and entryway to the room itself.

No words!!! Disgusting Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: The property was disgusting!! Avoid at all costs! From the moment you arrive and enter the building you are welcomed with an unbearable smell coming from overfilled bins stored in a room ! The mattress is uncomfortable you can feel every single spring, the tv was wonky and the bracket moved which made it very unsafe! The door with the safety chain on was broken which made us feel unsafe! The floor and skirting boards were dirty! Marks all over the walls! Pipes everywhere , windows were more like prison windows! Overall it was just a horrible stay!

Not good for unfortunately. ai have to move to book other hotels because of the challenges at the studio Positive: Inside the unit was very clean Negative: Everything especially noise while sleeping. TV not working, no communication with the property owner and safety in general inside the property was a challenge to me. You call the owner and the owner will promise this and that and never happen.
