Luxurious 3 Bedroom Apartment in Park Estate

Positive: It was convenient close to what we needed it for. The space suited our needs for a couple and 2 other family memebers. The beds are all very comfy and kitchen has everything you need it’s huge. We did not cook as only there for 2 nights visiting family. If you had a longer stay it is ideal. Living room great extremely spacious and sofas very comfy. Tv in master bedroom although unable to locate remote for this. Overall clean tidy and a perfect little break and if your socialising then it’s perfect Negative: The 2nd bathroom had a tiny sink it was quite dark but it’s a basement so not a lot of light.

Absolutely amazing , lovely location , great facilities 5⭐️ Positive: The overall place was great , spacious rooms , comfy sofas , great towels , location and parking were superb , as a group we can highly recommend it ! there were a couple of things that let it down a little but nothing that can’t be sorted with more thorough checks after guests have vacated and taking in our feedback Negative: I tried to contact the property about an early check in and also about leaving the cars there till 3pm on the checkout day , the phone number given by what I presume was a chatbot on the WhatsApp messaging to call was instantly cutting off when rang , although every appliance you can think of is in there , it would be nice to get a few pods of coffee for the machine so you know you are using the right ones , none of our group have a dishwasher so again a supply of dishwasher tablets to be able to utilise it - and for the cleaners to check it before incoming guests as there were 3 large plates in there unwashed which wasn’t good when halfway through cooking breakfast and can only find 3 clean plates , and the rain shower head could do with a good scrub , Like I have said not a massive negative , a more thorough final cleaning check , a general package of dishwasher tabs , coffee and washing detergent suitable for the length of stay so if someone does feel like they want to take them home they are not pinching a full box

Not really Luxury but may well suit you Positive: Apologies for the delay in providing this review due to illness in the family. The downstairs flat is in a quiet part of Nottingham and if you like walking you will be happy. My wife comments below. Negative: If this flat had not described itself as luxury, it would have been perfectly fine. But this was not of the standard expected of a 'luxury' flat. Old bed frame propped up in one bedroom, spare mattress in another; a broken mirror, lack of bedside lights, fraying carpet, mould on many windows and no toiletries. Kitchen was pretty well equipped the sitting room was comfortable albeit dark and problems with the TV. BBC only loaded 50% of the time and we often got a jittery signal.

Excellent location and living space, some TLC would make this much better! Positive: The location was great for access to the city centre and peacefulness of the neighbourhood. The living area and kitchen were very spacious and generally well equipped. The apartment is in the basement with steep steps to the front door but not a problem for us. It was good to have two bathrooms, as well as the parking "passes". Parking is on the street but was not too busy when we stayed. Negative: The living area needed additional (or better) lighting. The shared bathroom shower head needed de-scaling and/or fixing properly, and the basin is tiny. The carpets at the threshold into each room were in poor condition because the metal strips were not fixed properly.
