Luxurious 3 Bedroom Apartment in Park Estate

Excellent location and living space, some TLC would make this much better! Positive: The location was great for access to the city centre and peacefulness of the neighbourhood. The living area and kitchen were very spacious and generally well equipped. The apartment is in the basement with steep steps to the front door but not a problem for us. It was good to have two bathrooms, as well as the parking "passes". Parking is on the street but was not too busy when we stayed. Negative: The living area needed additional (or better) lighting. The shared bathroom shower head needed de-scaling and/or fixing properly, and the basin is tiny. The carpets at the threshold into each room were in poor condition because the metal strips were not fixed properly.

Suited us very well as three adult couples. Easy walk to city centre and transport links. (And no issues parking) Positive: Lovely spacious flat and well equipped. All the bedrooms offered spacious accommodation. Kitchen well equipped with appliances. Negative: A bit dark as a basement flat but not a problem in the winter. Could do with more spoons!!
