Fantastic Apartment, great location
Positive: Superbly equipped, lovely location, very comfortable. TV room was awesome
Negative: Needs lock on bathroom door and lights were not very good on steps

Suited us very well as three adult couples. Easy walk to city centre and transport links. (And no issues parking)
Positive: Lovely spacious flat and well equipped. All the bedrooms offered spacious accommodation. Kitchen well equipped with appliances.
Negative: A bit dark as a basement flat but not a problem in the winter.
Could do with more spoons!!
