Communication could be improved, and a few details in the apartment could be better addressed. Positive: The location was very central, and the instructions for finding the apartment were very clear. The apartment had an interesting design. Negative: I did not like the communication with the apartment management — it felt as though we were not communicating with people, but with artificial intelligence, and the replies were simply repetitive without actually resolving the problem. We wanted to leave our luggage after check-out, but even now we still have not received any real answer. There was also a lot of dust in the living room, the kitchen lacked any dish towels, and in the middle of the kitchen there was a bucket with a broom and a vacuum cleaner left out. In addition, the glass in the kitchen was confusing, as people outside could see in — curtains were missing.

Comfortable stay Positive: Right in Market Square and was easy to find. The apartment is still brand new and all the fixtures are fresh. Many things are carefully thought of, which was very convenient and our stay was really comfortable. Towel heater was amazing and even kept the bathroom warm. Easy check in Negative: The journey to the actual apartment from the entrance should be highlighted in the description. Do keep in mind the many steps you’ll have to take if you have elderly parents and heavy luggage. We were prepared for the possibility of stairs, so packed as light as we can for this Nottingham trip.
