1-Bed Apt near Clifton NTU Campus - Prime Location

Disappointing Positive: Practical Negative: The flat had a lots of spider webs, I killed 4 spiders on my stay. The flat needs to be professionally cleaned as there are cob webs around the flat (behind the bedroom door, behind the bed) which made to paranoid. I understand the flat is outside opposite a tree in the evening there are lots of flies.

Didn’t stay because it was so bad. Positive: Nothing. It was NOT brand new!The flat was unsafe as the door did not lock. The door was unlocked when we arrived with the key safe wide open and the key jammed inside.There was dead vermin in the front garden, the entrance path had not been cleaned. The flat smelled of stale smoke. The customer care that they claim was 24hrs did not exist. We moved to other accommodation at considerable expense. They claimed that they had not seen our messages and the system was working, suggesting that we were not telling the facts as they were. The location is in the middle of a social housing estate and despite the company’s assertions that it is not student accommodation, research suggests it is. Negative: Dead vermin in the garden, door didn’t lock, awful customer service, smelt of stale smoke. The entrance to the flat was not clean.
