Beautiful Three Bed Flat in Nottingham City Centre

A stunning apartment in a very central location. It has all the amenities for a good vacation. The downside of being so Positive: Beautifully decorated apartment with all the facilities required. Negative: Although the property is not on a main road there is a lot of noise at night from people leaving the busy bar area nearby and walking past in the early hours. The mattress of the en-suite room was very uncomfortable.

Great location and flat, communication needs some work Positive: Location was perfect Negative: The text messages received for check in did not match the booking.com messages, stick to the booking.com messages as these seem up to date but the texts not so much. If you call it goes to an AI bot and when you are transferred to a caller it never gets picked up. Just message on booking.com messenger as that seems to be ok

Lovely flat, great location, but was provided with the wrong lockbox code, needed addition deposit money separate from b Positive: Great location, huge flat, very nice property, very comfy beds Negative: Provided the wrong lockbox code so had to ring and message on arrival to get a different lockbox code, sent me to an AI chat bot and was left on hold for 20 minutes until I got a message with the correct lockbox code, Also got messages on booking.com consisting repeating themselves, it seemed like an AI message being sent twice a day, Also had to provide a deposit directly to the company that is not obvious at all when booking through booking.com Overall the flat was perfect but the service from the company was questionable

Positive: Great location, huge unit, easy to access, good comms
