Great facilities, clean and comfortable Positive: Secure, access 24/7, v close to the q-park Negative: Bedside light wasn’t next to the bed and didn’t work.

Worst place ever. Negative: Never in my entire life and through my various trips over different continents have I experienced anything similar. I arrived at the place at 11 pm (no problem, I thought with the well advertised 24/7 reception) to find it extremely dirty (pieces of dirt and hair on the bedding, much more of that on the mattress, tooth paste stains on the table, street dirt on the chair, glasses spotty, kitchen towel black with dirt, and more). Also, the room did not have the big windows as shown in the picture but a tiny window that could not be opened at all. So I thought: okay call the property, they will resolve it. But neither the number provided in the confirmation nor the number given as “emergency number” in the room itself was reachable even though I tried at least 10 times, but instantly went on busy tone. And their “24/7 reception” is a WhatsApp chatbot that does not do anything else but to acknowledge from my pictures that the room was very dirty and saying “somebody will reach out to you”, which they did not do. Neither was the booking customer service able to reach them. As literally all of the other hotels in Nottingham were fully booked due to a rugby event, I had to stay the night and slept on towels to get into as little contact with the bed as possible. They finally texted me at 8am the next morning, that they would be willing to clean the room but that I would have to stay in the room for that from 10 am to 1pm. I (obviously) moved to another hotel that morning instead. To this day, I have not received any kind of apology for the state of the room or their service failure. I also experienced the confusing mix of automated and human messages on additional fees/securities that other reviewers have already mentioned. And funnily enough: they kept sending me automated messages telling me that they hope I enjoyed my stay.

Positive: Great location and the room was really nice.

Positive: Almost perfect, cheap clean spacious secure Negative: Couldn't access the 0115 help number on my first night (caused me to panic as was having issues with codes checking in) Also couldn't find any staff or security on site to enquire and show codes to, but partly on me

Positive: Alojamiento muy céntrico que apenas entre 5/10’ caminando llegas a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Dispones de todo lo necesario en el apartamento para poder cocinar si no quieres gastarte tanto en restaurantes. Negative: Igual hubiera estado bien algún utensilio básico de cocina mas, como servilletas o algun mantel para la mesa.
