Positive: The City Pad room I stayed in was clean, comfy and fine for me, a solo traveller, so I chose a small apartment. Shower and toilet in a separate room, the main room had a large, comfy bed, leading into an integrated kitchen unit, which other than the fab coffee machine, I didnt use, but looked very good. The bed was super comfy, everywhere was spotless. They have made the absolute best use of the spaces the room provides. Security is very good, requiring 2 pass codes to get into the property and building. Location is great, short stroll to city centre.

Great price, safe stay. Positive: Great location for Rescue Rooms. Gated entry area which made you feel safe. Very good price. Negative: No bedside table on right hand side. The space is small so it’s tight to get to get round end of bed & to be able to access sink you have to move the kitchen bin. Pillows were rather lumpy in need of replacing. The advice for the closest car park was misleading. There is Q Park right next to the property. The Lace Market car parks recommended were a 15 min walk across town & not the 6 mins as details in the check in information. That said the room was perfectly adequate warm & comfortable & can’t complain at the price we got.

Cheap and cheerful Positive: Everything was new and modern. Negative: The bathroom sink was very small. The check in process was quite complex. I also cut my forehead open on the gate when exiting where the magnet lock sticks out at head height - i didn't see it and not happy about it. It's a stupid design and have had a headache ever since - thanks. Others will do the same and someone is going to sue you. I emailed the host to see if I could check in 1hr30mins earlier because I would be at an event at 3pm. No answer. Ended up having to take my luggage to the event. Check out is at 10am - too early.

Positive: Do silencio do quarto mesmo o apartamento estando inserido numa residência universitária e ao lado da zona de discotecas como o rock city que tem música ao vivo. A localização perfeita para visitar a cidade, perto dos transportes públicos. Negative: Só tinha uma cadeira e nós éramos duas pessoas e para comer uma tinha que se sentar na cama. De resto nada a apontar.

Overall, everything was lovely. The safety, accesibility and amenities were top notch. Positive: It is within the city proper. Everything was accessible. Shops, groceries and restaurants are all walkable. Negative: we just noticed that the headboard of the bed was a bit misaligned and the wall by the bed has scratches but not a major flaw.
