good location, poor service from management
Positive: Modern apartement in city centre. Good location for everything you may need in Nottingham. Easy to access with instructions provided.
Negative: Coffee machine broken, bathroom not cleaned from previous guest. Contacted property and got immediate response from chatbot saying the issues would be escalated but they never were. Coffee machine remained broken for the two weeks I was there. No human contact from management whatsoever.
