Modern Spacious Studio in Beeston

Positive: Mattress very dirty floor was dirty. Toilet seat is broken.

We were satisfied and apart from the entrance code to the building not working everything was ok. Positive: Although basic accommodation it was good value and we new what we were booking.It was clean and the facilities were adequate The shower was good. The key safe worked well when we eventually got to our room. Negative: We couldn't get in to the building as the code we were given was wrong. We had to call to someone who happened to be walking about inside and they opened the door for which we were grateful. This in itself produces a potential security issue. The toilet seat was broken and the bed was not a double bed so we were cramped.

Terrible Positive: Wouldn’t give me codes until I paid £100 deposit And I never got my my deposit back . There phone numbers provided are either dead or ai and it’s impossible to contact them . Terrible customer service Negative: Nothing

Terrible. Positive: Terrible stay. Loud, obnoxious and rude customers - very little sleep all week. Room D & F were one step away from criminals, no thought for others - weve stopped with you a few times but the people your renting to are not nice people. We wont be back. Negative: n/a
