Unpleasant heat spoilt the whole experience
Positive: Good room, great location clean
Negative: The room was nearly 40 Centigrade with no windows and no A/C. The phone number I was given to use was out of order and the AI bot on WhatsApp continued to ask the same questions, never remembering previous conversations. It said it would urgently escalate. No one got in touch
